As Happz continued to focus on rapping this gift helped him develop a positive mechanism to channel his anger and aggression to one thing: Music. This was important because Happz began to explore, what one would identify as” the street life.” He recognized the street life was not beneficial for him and quickly regained his focus on rapping. Happz continued to sharpen his rapping skills by being a part of a group by the name of Armageddon (AMG). The objective of the group was to become the most lyrical, versatile and influential rappers in the Pacific Northwest.
Happz continued to polish his rapping ability and because he has remained focused he has established a significant reputation within the Tacoma area. He has been labeled as one of the most versatile, lyrical and influential rapper in the Tacoma and surrounding areas. His aspirations extend to national and international notoriety.
Happz has the ability to write and rap to any beat, as well as, style. He is able to execute lyrics effortlessly and this has been a prominent advantage over other artists. Happz is characterized as being confident, yet humble, about his craft. He does not boast about his skills because he knows his music will speak for itself. This is illustrated through the follow songs: Letter to God, Retaliation, Gladiator and Deep Thoughts; just to name a few. Happz is coming from an area that has not been recognized for its musical talent; however, he wishes to change this by setting his mark in the music industry
